Turn the Tide Home Care is an approved Medicaid Home Help provider. Eligible clients may receive in-home support services through Medicaid at little to no cost, depending on program eligibility and authorization.
Medicaid Home Help services may include assistance with daily living activities such as personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility support, and companionship.
Eligibility, service hours, and coverage are determined by Medicaid and the client’s assigned caseworker. Our team is happy to coordinate directly with care managers to support the enrollment and authorization process.
 

For clients who do not qualify for Medicaid or prefer to pay privately, Turn the Tide Home Care offers flexible private-pay options. Private pay services allow families to customize care schedules and services based on individual needs.
We accept weekly or bi-weekly private payments and provide clear service agreements with no hidden fees.
